A Home Inspection is a visual examination of the home’s major structure, systems and components that are visible and safely accessible. Our buyer’s home inspections are completely comprehensive. We will accompany you through a walk-through and inspection of the home you’re interested in buying, and assess its condition using our multi-point home inspection checklist.If you are selling your property and want an inspection prior to listing the property, an inspection can help you be aware and fix any defects prior to listing.
An 11th Month Home Inspection is for new construction homes. Usually the general contractor/builder’s warranty expires in one year. Our inspection helps you document any construction issues or problems prior to the warranty expiring. The inspection can protect valuable legal rights. If the home owner did not get an inspection prior to purchasing the home, an 11th month inspection is critical.

4 Point Main Systems Inspection (Insurance Inspection)
A 4 Point Inspection is a visual examination of the home’s main four systems: Roof, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC. It is not as extensive as a full home inspection but does offer an overview of a home’s main systems. These are required by many insurers to obtain homeowner’s insurance. Real estate investors and remote property owners also utilize 4 Point Inspections to get an snapshot of a property’s condition.

Annual Home Maintenance Inspection
A Home Maintenance Inspection is a visual examination of your home’s most common trouble spots. The report includes recommendations for maintenance and repairs to protect your home’s value.

Termite Inspections
Second only to water damage, these pesky insects cause severe damage to many homes. We can inspect for termites and provide a letter for lenders. If an active infestation is found, we will also provide pest control information. Our termite inspectors are licensed and insured in both Georgia and Tennessee.

Radon Testing
Radon is colorless, odorless, radioactive, and extremely carcinogenic (cancer-causing) gas. In fact, radon ranks second behind smoking as a cause of lung cancer. It can affect homes anywhere in the US with 1 in 15 homes containing critical levels of radon. The only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing. Home tests are available, but we recommend professional testing so testing protocols are observed and results are more accurate. Small cost for peace of mind.

If you suspect mold in your home, we’re here to help. We use the latest lab tests and analysis to detect hidden mold that may be in crawl spaces, between walls, and in other such areas of your home, to ensure you and your family are safe from mold infestations.

Aerial Drone Photography/Videography
Angel Home Inspections offers a wide range of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified professional Aerial Drone services. Inspector Bill holds a valid and current FAA Part 107 Certification. We utilize drones during many inspections in full compliance with the FAA regulations. Construction Progress/Completion Inspections
A construction progress inspection is performed for lenders to review and confirm the work that has been completed on site. This helps reduce risk and give peace of mind. We review draw request, meet with the contractors and inspect the job site to stay up to date on the building process and resolve potential problems early.
